Impact Week and its community are growing rapidly. Therefore we organize our key topics into the following strategic initiatives: Operations of Core, Business Model & Value Proposition, Communication & Branding, Content & Quality of Products and Community Management. This focus is essential to provide a structure for all people involved in maintaining the high quality of our program and managing required processes in our back office. The core team leads the different initiatives and is supported by a strong team.

Aside from Carolin Taenzer and Vanessa Quirini, all people contributing and working on the constant improvement of the Impact Week operations are volunteers.
