This years’ Impact Week in Nairobi is the first international Impact Week initiated, organized and facilitated locally. This means that our team consists of an experienced local Lead Coach as well as 50% of local Senior Coaches and a local organizer!
Building Design Thinking expertise and sparking local innovation is at the core of our approach. This is why we are particularly proud of this year's local team!
The preparations in Kibera have started! 🇰🇪
Led by the Kenyan and German organizers the team is setting up for the upcoming Train the Trainer. Over the next three days local junior coaches will learn about the design thinking method and will become trainers themselves.
